The property was clean. Breakfast was the usual found in most places. Room service is every other day. When the room was finally attended to there were waste baskets left that were full. Dirty glasses left in the sink. Our coffee maker did not work and was not replaced until the 3rd day of our 4 ...

Staff was great. Shower leaked (bad seal) and staff offered to send maintenance, but I said wait until we checked out. I did have to kill a couple yucky bugs in the room. Kind of a hipster vibe.

I got insurance in case I had to cancel unfortunately I had to cancel due to an illness. The insurance will not reimburse me. The hotel would not reimburse me and neither with the hotel if this hotel thinks I’m gonna give them a good rate. They are crazy.
