"Staff was absolutely amazing. They all seemed like they enjoyed their jobs which is rare today and it came across to how they treated the customers amazing breakfast above par rooms were extremely spacious and very well set up. It was my first visit will definitely be back."

"Thumbs down. We had leftover garbage in our room. The wall had tape from the previous guests along with confetti on the floor. Breakfast was mediocre. Staff was friendly. Hair in the tub. The carpet by the elevator was filthy."

"Bring your own mop, disinfecting, sanitation stuff back rooms, toilet bowl, cleaners bleach anything related to housekeeping because you are the housekeeper you need to bring your own trash down you need to ask for towel so just bring your whole house and all your cleaning supplies and become a housekeeper there as you stay there"

"Water leaked when the shower was running and we had to stack towels so the whole floor didn’t get soaked. Bed was comfy and room was clean. Loved the balcony"

"The room was very clean. Bed comfortable. Staff very friendly and kind. My tv did not work. The guy at front desk offered to move me to another room. The direct tv box was shot. Young man very kind. But my stuff was already unpacked. Also the whole unit cover on the heater/cooling unit kept falling off. I finally got it to stay. Wasn’t too happy about these things. But I slept well and place was clean. I had my phone to watch Netflix "

"There was no continental breakfast. There was a sign for a "bagged breakfast from 6 to 9" that we didnt even bother to get. The pool was closed for maintenance. The pool and breakfast was the entire reason we booked this hotel and we got neither. Our kids were very excited to go swimming and were very disappointed that they couldn't. "So much broken and not working. No rolling cart for luggage. Very disappointed. 1 person working at the drink area for all. Had to walk away. And finally the food is not worth it. Too bad. It could vibe really great. "

"We enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Rye, located in Copperleaf. All the staff were very friendly, and our room was very clean and cozy with a fireplace. Great location and walkable to all the boutiques and restaurants/brewery."
