"The pool and hot tub were unavailable during my stay in late April. There's a mini fridge , but no microwave to heat up food or tea. Other than that, the staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean and I felt very safe as a solo traveler."

"There is no front desk or staff to help at all, there was no communication on downloading an app and getting a code because nobody emailed or text me before arriving I was left standing in the hall not knowing what to do, there was no response for over a day when I asked for the internet information. The room was clean once I got in."

"I would not recommend staying here. The property is dirty with trash thrown all over. A lot of shady people coming and going all night long, many sitting in their vehicles watching you and be careful stepping out of the room as you will be stepping on trash, vomit and oil slicks in the parking lot. I watched three landscapers with air blowers just blowing the trash around with out actually cleaning anything or picking the trash up. Did I mention there is trash everywhere!! The room was large...

"The overall staff of the property were so nice and friendly. The area was decent, a lot of people randomly walk through (apartments next door, kinda sketchy). Staff did warn us not to walk around at night. So that was nice heads up. It does offer seating areas to hang out and be out in the nice weather, good lighting. Nice parking. Super close to broadway which was the reasoning for booking for prices on Ubers there and back, honestly not terrible. Now I know this is an older motel but our room...

"The heat didn't work. The light fell out of the bathroom ceiling. It didn't seem like they cleaned it between guest. Stains on the bed and dead bugs in the floor and on the wall. The neighborhood wasn't the best and people were smoking on the balcony right outside of the room. Checked out early and will never stay again."

"It's in a pretty sketchy part of town. The bottom floor facing the street overlooks a vacant parking lot that is occupied by prostitutes and homeless people. I think this is the side of the motel that is reserved for Expedia and other discount customers. I kept having to re-magnetize my key which the staff kept blaming on me putting it too close to my keys, but I don't know. The whole place was pretty dirty and not the usual Super 8 quality. "

"Staff was rude , room had no ac and we asked repeatedly to have it looked at or move . Elevator was out and we had to carry our bags up flights if stairs . Hoghway was very loud next door . We left after 45 minutes of waiting for something to be done about our stifling hot room ."

"Super easy parking and check-in. Really unique, cool property. Lots of amenities, free snacks and coffee, etc. Easy walking distance to great music and food. We'll absolutely be back at some point. "
