"Floor planking was loose from Reno’s but the bed very comfortable. Overall a nice room. Could have had a table with two chairs to sit at for breakfast. Hot tub was closed as it was too high in chemicals, however, learned about sauna and steam room in the club that I didn’t know about and it was lovely. A good hotel and close to our activities. And a very nice gesture of wine and chocolate covered strawberries as a return guest. 4 out of 5"

"Room was clean, staff were helpful. The only downsides were that the linens were a little scratchy and seemed worn (mostly the blanket/comforter and the bathroom light made a pretty loud noise when on. "

"This was a beautiful place to stay. The location was close to the main shopping area, but off the beaten path. It was right beside the water. The room was comfortable, spacious, and very clean. There were lots of nice extras, including free parking, amazing breakfast, valet service, and more. The staff was friendly and quick to offer assistance. We loved our stay here and hope to return."

It's a very short walk to the icewine village on Queen Street, the room and the view of the lake from our room were fantastic, and breakfast was super tasty. "We absolutely loved our stay! The staff went above and beyond to make sure out every need was fulfilled. The room was perfect! The bedding superb, very upscale!
