"The staff were all lovely, really friendly and helpful. We attended the beer school on offer in the bar and also had the shower beers. There were freebies in the room and everything else was priced so you could decide. There was free pic and mix on each level also. The room itself was lovely and very clean, heating/ air con easy to use and overall had a lovely time. "

Minor niggles, bit of a drain smell in our bathroom, very little storage for clothes etc, Room’s not huge. Also room even on lowest temperature was a bit warm for me. Staff very accommodating- made a couple of advance requests, sorted without a quibble."
