"It was great EXCEPT there was NO hairdryer in my room (yes I checked all the drawers in everything - Love playing where's Waldo on the hairdryers in the UK) - didn't notice til early the next am 6 am - no one on duty while they offered to bring one up calling number at reception - I was on my way out -"

"The reception staff 'hid' in their office and only appeared after I had been standing at the counter, for less than a minute. Apart from my check-in no staff were visible for the remainder of my transits through the reception area. Quite different to other 'budget' brands I have stayed at, infrequently."

"A excellent stay prior to a flight from Bristol Airport. Restaurant was excellent with a good selection of food and drinks. The staff made you feel welcome. Car parking was great and only 15-20 minutes from the airport. Will definitely stay again."

"A very cool/reserved welcome. Check-in seems like an effort. Quickly settled and sat outside for a drink - went inside because the language was disgusting. The swearing inside was no better and neither was the misogynistic comments from the senior members. Good place to stay but let down by the clientele"
