"Staff were helpful & polite, the room was clean & well cared for. The toiletries were good quality & little touchs like the biscuits,popcorn,& crisps were thoughtful. Breakfast was varied & good sized portions."

"If you’re driving somewhere it’s good value for money as a one or two nighter. Don’t expect anything flashy but it’s nice and clean. Would be better if they had a queen size bed. Be prepared to drive. It’s not close to anything. Breakfast was so so. Filling, but the powdered scrambled eggs were not very edible."

"The room was a bit grim, worn grey carpet, no pictures... However it was clean. Mattress was the most uncomfortable I've slept on for many a year, but I was so tired I slept okay. We got a cheap rate so generally happy."

"Horrible room. Nothing like what is advertised. Black mold in bathroom, dirty marks all over the walls, wallpaper damp and coming away from the walls .. stains on the carpets. The outer building in disrepair .. such a bad stay we had to book to stay somewhere else for the night!"
