"At the checkout they charge me $207. Because one of those nights during my sleep I get bleeding nose and I got dirty pillow and sheets . I felt so bad what I did but I left a good tips for cleaning people.On the end I got nice surprise $207. None excuse. They told me I already signed the papers when I checked in. Never again."

"Our stay at Hotel Riu Palace Las Americas in Cancun was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The resort is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located with stunning turquoise beach views and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond every single day — everyone was so welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. The food was one of the biggest highlights. There were so many delicious options at the buffet and restaurants, and everything was fresh and flavorful. The drinks were also excellent, especially by the pool and during the nightly entertainment. The entertainment team kept the energy fun without being overwhelming, and the RIU parties were such a great experience too. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean with an incredible view. Housekeeping kept everything spotless throughout our stay. Overall, this resort exceeded our expectations and gave us the perfect Cancun vacation. We would absolutely come back again and highly recommend Hotel Riu Palace Las Americas to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, adults-only all-inclusive experience in Cancun! The pools were clean and seating was excellent if you’re looking for a guest only beach this resort is not for you as locals do enjoy it also, We love that the hotel allows for it. Overall you won’t be disappointed plenty of things to do here including a after dark night club that has it on fireeee in there 10/10 recommend "

They tend to push wine bottles for purchase on you at every restaurant for dinner. Gift shop stupid expensive when you can go down the street for half the cost."
