"The room didn’t smell so good. But the staff especially the cleaning lady was amazing. Front desk needs to smile more."

"I do like to say I liked it better when Holiday Inn was there because of the continental breakfast they made with the bacon, eggs , sausage, turkey bacon, hash browns fruits and it was great and free"

"Breakfast was free and good, staff were helpful and the stay was great"

"The hotel and staff fulfilled their obligations"

"Some one defecated in the wave pool, they removed it and treated it with high chlorine within 10 minutes reopened it which goes against public pool procedures."

"I LOVED THE SOAP"

"We loved the location. You can walk to Walmart, Starbucks, dennys and many more locations. We will be back!"

"I would have given it 5 stars, but I reserve my 5 stars for beyond normal excellence. :) I would definitely stay here again though."

"We were placed on the third floor and there were no elevators and we had to climb three flights of smelly stairs and my mother is disabled. The staff didn’t know how to help with anything and would only provide misleading information. I would never go back here and would never refer this location to anyone!"

"Very clean staff was very nice. I would stay here again for sure. Shuttle service was great price was great! Staff was very helpful with any and all questions we had as far as stay and amenities as well as location to get food. There is a dinner right next door called GoJo very good food as well!"
