"Service is bad as you have to wait in the long line for check in. A staff guided us to do self check in, and was assigned to a bad room. The Expedia gave us VIP status, but the hotel told us it is useless."

"We enjoyed our Staycation. The property is very clean and has a lot of bar and restaurant options. The hotel room itself was very roomy and nice. The only problem we had was that the mattress was horribly uncomfortable, as were the pillows. Parking and valet was free which is nice considering how the rest of the Strip properties charge for it."

"Clean room & TV & bathroom much better! Leave two rolls TP if roll out is less than 1/4 roll! An extra towel, 2 pillows per guest on king bed! Elevators must stay in working order, had to climb stairs when we have ADA conditions! Healthier food choices needed. Amenities- your staff couldn’t explain 1 amenity but yet you charge $30+ per day for them and no option to have them waived, why!!!??? "

"Get you in at low room rate, but gouged once there. Got charged twice on last day of parking $21. What ever happened to guest park free? Then resort is for pool and gym. Temps were 80s, pool still not open, yet charged full price daily resort fee. Safe in room locked, windows filthy and fridge not working (wings spoiled). Will never return."

There is a modest but well kept casino floor, with plenty of games to enjoy, and both the food and beverage at the in-house restaurants are excellent. "
