"The room was clean and spacious. Plenty of towels and personal products. The ac was cold and ran well. The check in clerk was friendly and helpful. He handled multiple calls requesting transport to & from the airport while we waited to check in. Efficient & courteous. He gave dinner recommendations as well. The breakfast was a bit underwhelming however. There was a waffle machine ( yay) but the eggs were cold enough that we had to warm them up in the microwave to eat them. The seating in the breakfast nook was also strange as the chairs were too big for the tables so we had to sit at an angle. All in all it’s a well run, clean hotel and we would stay here again when passing thru Nashville."

"The room We Had for 3 Days the bed was pushed down in the middle Kind of uncomfortable to sleep So we slept on the little sofa in the room. We loved the gym."

"Room was clean, albeit in need of some upgrades. Any encounter we had with staff was lovely. The major downfall during our stay was that the pool was completely empty. There was no notice or posting that this was the case when we booked and we chose this place because they had a pool."

"I recently stayed at La Quinta Inn in Nashville and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The room itself was not well maintained — there were visible cigarette burns on the comforter, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness and upkeep. The biggest issue, though, was the noise and lack of management response. Around 6 a.m., there were people outside our room in the parking lot screaming, along with others revving their car engines near the lobby area. This went on long enough to completely disrupt our sleep, and despite how close this was to the front desk, nothing was done to address it. Check-in also set a negative tone from the start. The staff member who assisted us was rude and unwelcoming, which is not what you expect after a long day of travel. Because of these issues, we chose to leave early. We attempted to work through Expedia to resolve the situation, but the hotel declined to respond to their outreach regarding a refund. Overall, this stay felt poorly managed, unclean, and unprofessional. I would not recommend this property."
