"We had a fantastic stay at KA Villa! Great option for borrowing bikes and cycling up and down the coast or getting a cab into Hoi Ann. Located a short walk from the beach and close to lots of places to eat. Down time always an option with a dip in the shaded pool. Staff were lovely and the breakfasts were great. Laundry on hand. Nice rooms and the whole place had a homely feel. "

"Very nice property for a good price. There are some sign of wear in the room but it is very nice and comfortable and well located; only a few minutes from the beach. The girl at the front desk, Yen, is the sweetest and friendliest! She was always ready to help and give suggestions! The only minor thing is the lock on the balcony can be opened from the outside and it connects to other guests' balcony so technically anyone could get in. I only noticed on my last night staying there but as a female solo traveler it made me a bit uneasy, I'd wish it didn't open from the outside."

"This is definitely not a 4.5 or 5 star hotel. The staff are great, the breakfast is good and the beds are comfortable. They advertise ocean front balcony rooms. The hotel is 400 meters from the beach. The balcony overlooks a busy highway. Then there’s a neighbourhood, then the ocean. Not much around the hotel. Location is very average. "

"Breakfast buffet was the best, the coffee was amazing the food selection was incredible and very tasty. The hotel overall was very nice, we did have some plumbing issues with the shower draining properly but as soon as we reported it the hotel got it fixed right away. The rooms were well maintained and the staff was very friendly. "
