"The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located. We enjoyed our stay overall, and the food at Cascade Restaurant was good. However, the restaurant prices were noticeably higher than what we found throughout the rest of our trip. Our room had a slight musty smell, and the air conditioning was not working. The staff was friendly but communication in English was sometimes challenging. Overall, it’s a nice hotel with a great location, but there is room for improvement."

"We chose the traditional room and half board(dinner and breakfast included). The hotel is with very nice service and good open-air bath, the view is breathtaking. The half board is highly recommended! Try Japanese traditional food in a private dining room. After we finished the dinner, the night bed is set up for us when we went back the room, how warm that is!"
