"This hotel has a great location across from Windsor Castle and around the corner from the main shopping street, with two train stations an easy walk. It’s undergone a recent remodel and looks great, but there are some major problems: first, the rooms need more light. It’s impossible to read at bed or do computer work with the low intensity lamps. On check-in, the toilet and refrigerator weren’t walking, but that was quickly fixed. The Nespresso coffee machine only takes small cups not mugs...

"Really lovely apartment finished to a high standard. Location is great for enjoying all the best of central Windsor, and the local food scene is excellent. Recommend on street parking - the offered private space was right under a tree and holly bush that is home to a few bats - they really covered my car by the morning, very hard to clean! Also, despite the numerous fans provided, the apartment was unbelievably hot so can’t be recommended for hot summer days/nights. Highly recommend this...

"First time I've stayed since it was taken over and revamped, personally, I preferred the older-style rooms. The location by the Thames is still a huge bonus. There is only one lift, which is quite small, a problem for disabled guests."

"Great place for Windsor and surrounding attractions and less than 20 mins from heathrow. Ideal for a short stay or longer. Good food in the restaurant and bar, room was a great size with separate loo and shower. Shower could do with a shelf fitted as there is no where to put soap etc. But would still recommend a stay."

"We enjoyed our very short stay and would like to return for longer next time. The lodge had everything we needed and our children loved the bunk beds. We all enjoyed feeding the animals in the morning the next day. "

"The most terrible hotel experience! We booked at Moxy Hotel in Slough and we arrived to the hotel, and told us that they are fully booked! We asked how is that even possible? The worst part was that there was another couple who also booked and were told they don’t have a room, despite they pre booked the room. When you are this greedy for bookings and expect people not to attend their stay is ridiculous. They told us to drive 10 min to another hotel middle in the night to get a night there....
