"The room was very nice but the staff made our stay special. Antony, the general manager went out of his way to recommend great restaurants, spa services and tours. He was spot on with his recommendations. Also his tips about ATMs, safety on the streets and other services were so appreciated. The rest of the staff were equally helpful and kind. We would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again. Thank you to all the staff but especially Antony. "

"This hotel is definitely not what it claims to be. Rude staff, dirty room especially bathroom which had mold several places. Hallway carpet was very, very old. It's no where near a 4 star, at best a 2 star. Breakfast was decent compared to rest of hotel."
