"Everything was perfect, the room was so big and nice, the bathroom was amazing, and they even gave gowns, towels, a hair dryer and an iron. The pillows and bed were exceptional too. My only gripe was that the TV wasn't a smart TV so you couldn't watch netflix or YouTube on it, other than that my stay was perfect."

"Family night over in Birmingham celebrating a 13th birthday and a TEDx talk in the morning. Absolutely wonderful experience with adjoining rooms and a wonderful breakfast for the children. Team stop was outside which was perfect for us. Walking distance to town centre and next door to the ICC. Wonderful staff who were incredibly helpful. Thanks for. A great stay"

"Overall a really good experience, only issue we faced was due to how busy the hotel was there could have done with a bit more order in terms of breakfast. We came downstairs at around 9am and there was a queue all the way across past the front desk and took us about 30 minutes to get a table. Perhaps a booking system could have been useful for times when the hotel is so busy?
Apart from this though everything else was as good as I would expect and have no other issues."
