No sound insulation between the rooms so you can hear everything going on in the rooms above and each side. The hotel bar was like walking into the bar in star wars, so we eat at a local restaurant nearby "

"The general condition of the hotel is poor, old, tired and a bit scruffy. The rooms just about fit the bill, but the bathrooms are very small. The general condition of the hotel is not good, the corridors are grotty and the floor is uneven. The staff are hit n miss, the cleaning ladies were friendly enough the night shift staff were completely incompetent, and don't expect room service, I had to order in a pizza!! "We were visiting friends so only stayed 1 night. Room was clean and bed comfy. Breakfast was really nice. Full English beautifully cooked and perfect poached eggs! "

Great plentiful breakfast with lots of variety. The large balcony in the breakfast /sofa seating area is beautiful with views and very comfy.
