Cari Cottage di Hatfield

"Breakfast was great. Cookies were left out for guest. I had hot chocolate. That was great."

"The games and pool table in the lobby was a great bonus. The view over the water was beautiful to watch the sunrise."

"Great location, very clean, wonderful staff and beautiful property! Love the lounge area with the cozy fireplace!"

"It was good"

"I stay here every time I visit my daughter at Amherst. Great location. Quiet. Clean. Friendly staff. Convenient location."

"Overpriced hotel with no perks. Room was average, coffee maker was filthy, pillows were completely useless. No structure to them. Staff was subpar. Not warm and friendly. Completed disappointed that I wasted my money here."

":)"

"Thank you"

"The property was clean and well-maintained. Convenient to downtown and ample parking. I made the booking for my elderly parent, and there was no grab bar in the shower, and the toilet was so low to the ground it was difficult for her to use. The staff was friendly, but the communication at the desk was poor and my mother never received a critical wake up call, although THREE people assured me she would."

"Basic. No breakfast, no gym. Old looking but functional"

"The room was very clean and had all the necessities. The breakfast was delicious and the lady was so sweet and welcoming. Loved the contactless check in. Would definitely recommend."

"Excellent stay!"

"Like the ambiance as well as the decor! The location was perfect for walking around town!"

"The hotel is undergoing renovations right now but they had a good breakfast and the staff was friendly."
