"Everyone at the resort was very helpful and accommodating. The resort was very nice. The only negative I have to say is the store on the property does try to price gauge non Spanish speaking customers and I saw multiple fake cuban cigars in their humidor that they were saying were real and the prices are very high."

Neither the rooms nor the property were as clean and sufficiently stocked with necessities as I would expect.
