"We had a wonderful experience at The Mortimer’s Arms. If you are visiting Paultons Park/Peppa Pig World, the location is unbeatable (within walking distance). The hotel is exceptionally dog-friendly. They provided a water bowl, treats, and a toy for our dog, which was such a lovely gesture. "The overall look and feel of the hotel is very dated. We only paid £38 for the room which had stained carpet but overall was acceptable for the price. The location isn't good for bars or beach. You need to drive or get a taxi."

"Wonderful location and dining experience. The odd niggle including issue with elderly mothers room, requested walk in shower but on arrival given a room with bath. It was quickly sorted however. The room was fine for one night but the sash window was faulty and wouldn’t stay open. Overall highly recommended "
