"My wife and I stayed here for 15 nights and it was the perfect spot. Location was extremely versatile for access to dining, groceries, transportation etc. Walkable to everything that we wanted to do as well. The room was updated and immaculate. Quiet area and friendly staff. It was a wonderful decision to stay at the Cove Cannon Street and we will definitely consider using them again in the future."

"The hotel was very nice. It was clean, the staff was friendly and very accommodating. Great location to access food, shopping and entertainment. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent ( staff incredible). The negative was when we got to the airport and called the hotel to get transportation the concierge told us that they don’t have transportation ( although my reservation said 24 hour pick up and drop off. Good location however poor service.

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an excuse. If you want everyone to book directly from the hotel site, just dont work with third party agencies in the beginning. Got the standard room checked in at midnight and the furniture is very old. There is pieces of instant noodles and left over vegetables near the sofa. Very bad maintenance for the standard room according to me. The hot shower did not work properly. The pressure is not high enough, hence making the water wont switch to the shower head. "
