"This hotel is in poor repair, dingy, and dirty. It probably would be best torn down and rebuilt- it looks like an ill maintained relic from the 1970s. Inside and out. Considering how dated and poorly maintained this property is, it is very expensive. The only benefit is it is close to the ferry to Mackinac Island. If I ever go to Mackinac again, I will plan to stay in St. Ignace. I was very glad to check out and leave."

"The first night we were in this motel we had the NOISIEST neighbors upstairs. I couldn't believe how loud they were just walking back and forth and up and down the stairs right outside our room. I called the front desk to see if we could get a different room on the second story and the next morning we were moved! Absolutely no issues after that. The staff were so friendly and the location was perfect. Definitely recommend!"

"Room had a fresh puddle of syrup on the floor near the table and spots leading to the door. Sticky mess. The didn’t refill the tissue box and there were loads of bugs inside the unit. Staff were good however."

"The room and beds were clean and comfortable, we were so amazed and delighted to find a room with 3 queen beds!! What a bonus! The staff was very friendly and helpful, would definitely stay again. Great location and good value. The only small thing was the breakfast, nothing fancy, just a light continental breakfast--though they did have a waffle iron. We ended up getting McDonald's, across the street, for breakfast."

"The ceiling tiles is almost falling apart from being wet wth the rain . The bath tub has stains all over ! The fridge is covered with dust from the ceiling pieces . Breakfast is ok . The room needs a lot of improving ."

"Easily accessible parking. No wait time at the front desk. Our nighttime latch was broken when we arrived, notified the staff and stepped out to eat. It was fixed when we came back to the room. Worth every penny. Convenient to docks and walking distance to shopping district."

"Our room was very clean and the young man at the front desk was very friendly. The frustration we had was that the manager was supposed to call us and never did due to a scheduling issue. We had paid for a lakeview patio/balcony room and they didn't have any with 2 Queen beds available when we checked in.
