"Liked everything about this place. The warm helpful welcome we received when we arrived late, the delightful clean warm room, the wonderful dinner and breakfast.

"The whole experience was wonderful. The only thing I didn’t like were the signs everywhere telling me what to score. It said if I gave 8 out of 10 this would not help the staff. Until I saw the signs telling me what to score I was very happy."

"The building is beautiful, filled with history. I booked a superior for the bath in the room. I was given a pleasant room in what I think is the original medieval part of the building but the bath was through a cool 'corridor' in the room. However, I spoke to the very assistive staff and they suggested a different room which I was absolutely delighted with!
