"Everything was excellent, only issue was there was a private function on and we were informed the bar would be closed to us after 9pm on the second night! First time ever this has happened and we have stayed in multiple hotels! Guests in the hotel shouldn’t be refused access to the bar at all. "

"Good location for the royal crescent and Bath centre . Couldn’t get in touch with the hotel to book parking , called and called and no reply so booked a space but it was a mile walk from the hotel.Not ideal . Hotel overall was fine. "

Bianca at the reception was most courteous, helpful and friendly - she even helped us carry our luggage from the car. The hotel is in a great location with walking distance to the city center.
