"This hotel does not have air conditioning. Granted, it does not list it as an amenity on their website, but with high quality of the establishment, and price of the room in this day and age, it was expected as a given. We didn't book a cheap hostel. It's not as if you can sleep with windows open with no screens in the busy City. We had to move to another hotel because of the heat."

"Lovely large room, comfy bed sand very dog friendly. Lots of parking and advantage of park and ride into Bath 10min walk away. Excellent Sunday roast and fantastic breakfast will definitely be back!"

"We had twin beds & I had a double quilt cover on mine it had such a big hangover I kept getting my foot stuck in it. They didn’t clean our room on the Sunday for some reason? We managed using our towels twice & making our beds. We had to keep calling down for more coffee & sugar, coffee machine didn’t work one day seemed it was full of expired coffee caps, wile doing it he spilt some coffee over the bin onto the floor & just left it !! On the first day we needed help with air conditioning....

"Have stayed here before. Great to have accessible parking near the hotel on arrival. Staff really attentive and helpful at all times. Delicious breakfast with lots of choices. Handy bus stop into the centre of town so taxis not needed. Always an enjoyable stay."

"A perfect room for visiting Bath. The room was very large well decorated and very comfortable. The host Richard was a Joy very attentive to any of our needs and full of interesting stories. Breakfast in the dining room was something special complete with a spectacular dumb waiter. We will certainly be back!"

"Die Unterkunft hat uns als Familie von 3 sehr gefallen! Das Zimmer war sauber, Harry und Eliza waren sehr freundlich und haben uns alle Fragen ruhig und zuvorkommend beantwortet. Das Frühstück war gut und hat uns geschmeckt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen, gerade auch weil die Lage ideal ist, um Bath zu erkunden."

Breakfast was lovely, and the Michelin Star restaurant in walking distance will forever be remembered! We ubered to rent a car to drive about other sites in the Cotswolds. We highly recommend this brilliant b and b!!!"
