"This hotel is not 5 star, it’s more like1 star. It’s very worn, poor quality furnishings and overall is extremely tired. I recently booked and when I arrived and saw the room refused to stay. The hotel wouldn’t refund or even make a gesture so do not book non refundable. I was allocated room 8 and it was like the worst B&B from the 80’s. "Room very clean but dated. The breakfast if you wanted a full english this was not available till 8:15. The hosts very nice and helpful. Overall an ok experience."
