"Great location for park and ride into Bath. We stayed in the main building-this was a mistake. It was noisy-the annex (where we have stayed before) is much better. Our room had a great view of the race course but unfortunately was directly above the kitchen. Kitchen smells and noise drifted up and on one occasion very loud music from the kitchen. "We knew nothing about this hotel when we booked, other than it looked nice online and it was very close to a wedding we were attending. We honestly thought it was a fab little hotel. Immaculately clean, bright, a happy place. Our room was a really good size and very comfortable, everything we needed was to hand. Great shower. Really comfortable bed. And the breakfast was really excellent. Every staff member we met was delightful."

A nice 20 minutes walk to reach downtown Bath, it’s a central point to discover Stonehenge, Bristol, Cardiff and the charming villages of the Cotswold. We highly recommend it and we would we would return with so much pleasure!"

"The hotel is an old building so we understand the facilities have been improved to update with the modern life. There is a lift but there are about 10 -11 steps up and down before I could move my luggage into the room. There are 4 steps of staircase before I could use the bathroom. I had an accident on my first night stay 21 May 2026 2:40 a.m., I sprained my right ankle. I could not manage to go to the hospital with only one leg. I was so grateful the staff on duty on 21 May, came and helped...

"Lovely place simultaneously close to the sights yet peaceful and "away from it all." Pressed coffee and delicious continental breakfast buffet got us off to a great start. Friendly and helpful staff, backyard garden and nearby parks made this a memorable stay."

We stayed in a large room which was really spacious, great air con which we didn’t have to touch during our stay which was in the heatwave. Fab breakfast, lovely touches like the pantry! Excellent."
