Cari Kondominium di Hillsville

"Very friendly staff"

"The air conditioning did not work in our room. Although we did get a new room it was a lot to move with an autistic child. I do feel there should have bin something given for our troubles as we were unpacked and settled in."

"Tres bien situé Petit déjeuner ordinaire Pas de bons restaurants à proximité"

"This was a booking I made for my sister who’s traveling to Florida by herself. They put her in a section of the hotel that was basically abandoned the room was filthy and the toilet was clogged and disgusting. When she asked them to move her room they argued with her and gave her a hard time and then ended up keeping her in the same section right next to the room she was in. I booked this room for my sister because it was conveniently on her way home never ever again don’t use this hotel"

"Room was clean and quiet."

"We just needed a place to lay our heads down from a long trip. We were hesitant due to bad experiences with hotels but this one was extremely clean. No carpet in the rooms. Staff was helpful and all the travelers were very kind. We would definitely stay again."

"The Virginia Highlands hospitality is evident in every employee at this property. From the moment we checked in to checking out the staff was helpful and knowledgeable about their community. We were immediately pointed in the right direction for good food, beer and music. The Breakfast was on par with the Hampton Inn Brand and the Breakfast room was immaculate. Hot tub was hot and our room was quiet. My only comment and this applies to many hotels; guests should be informed on booking that...

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean. Only part that didn't look 100% clean was the hot tub. The water looked clean but there was a scum line around the inside by the water level. The pool didn't have a scum line at all. The hotel room was very clean. The breakfast was good and there were a lot of food options. We enjoyed our stay there."

"It was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only weird thing was a shower curtain that was too short and allowed water to pool on the floor."

"Bed was very hard and extremely uncomfortable! I had to check out a day earlier because I couldn’t sleep"

"The hotel was convenient to everything downtown. It wasn't luxurious but had everything we needed. It was clean and breakfast was filling. The receptionist was very friendly and personable. For the money, it was sufficient."
