"This was, unfortunately, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had at a Marriott. I specifically chose Marriott because they typically uphold high standards and consistently provide a great experience. This stay was the complete opposite. When I arrived, the property felt like an active construction zone. There was construction happening on our floor, with noticeable debris and an overall unclean atmosphere. It did not feel welcoming or properly maintained. My room’s TV did not work for two...

"There will small bugs flying around the room. Staff only provided us with 2 towels and we had 3 people in our room. Also didn’t provide wash clothes daily. The hot tub was colder than the pool and filthy. No way to make it warmer. The breakfast was not great. No yogurt, fresh fruit and not many choices. The room itself was very spacious. The rooms weren’t cleaned other than replacing towels and emptying trash. "

"Dirty room. Sheets were stained and full of dark hair. Floors were super sticky. Dog barked for 1.5 hours straight in room across from me and staff did nothing about it and wouldn’t allow us to move rooms. We had a very early flight and didn’t get any sleep at all because of it and the loud neighbors. "

"Hotel was terrible , super dirty. Hair all over sheets, seems like they haven’t been cleaned in forever. The mattresses were dirty and to top it off when we woke up the next day my son was full of bites and we found bed bugs on his bed!! Please do yourself a favor and don’t stay here."
