"The condo itself was clean, the building was nice, and the location was definitely the best part of the stay. It’s right downtown near the mall, restaurants, and plenty of things to do, which made getting around very convenient. I also appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit since we ended up needing it during our stay. "Rooms were well kept gorgeous views but staff wasn’t helpful. I left my expensive slides here and they kept telling me nothing was found in the room hours after I left. I called for two days I find it hard to believe they didn’t find my slides they just never reported them lost and kept them. Very deceitful beware."

"Second time staying there. Great location if you are in downtown Miami, but more importantly, staff was very helpful. My daughter left her bag with wallet and keys, and the hotel retrieved it. In this day and age, it's refreshing to stay at a place where the staff is honest and helpful. Rooms are very large, and they have everything you need including a full kitchen. but we ate at the poolside restaurant/bar and the food was great. Thank you to the team at the Elsner."

"Room was clean but is so updated that looks dirty unfortunately the walls looks that theres leaks everywhere,mold in the bathroom courtins the surroundings were also not the cleanest ok to one night stay because the bed was confi the bed sheets and towels impecables i will no chose this place to go in full vacation is a shame the place has potential ( self parking available and included was nice to have ) also got very loud guest next to us screaming to each other at 8:00 ! "Nice room and entire residence hotel/condos for a week’s stay. Clean room, comfortable bed, good a/c after maintenance got it working properly, lovely moire of the bay and ocean. Good restaurants a block away in the World Mall. Weather was good in February. "
