"位置挺好，附近很多餐廳和賣手信的店，在家城區附近，但比那邊乾淨，空氣也更好，走路還是打車去其他景點都很方便，好幾個景點都在10分鐘路程內但是房間跟照片描述稍微有點不一樣，清潔度差看着還行，進房拖完地但地上還有一團頭髮，床上也有一點點髒，其他還好，空調和熱水也可以，但熱水大概十幾分鐘就沒了，下面是女裝店，要進店才能上去"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, so much so we returned for a second time. The property is well located, safe, comfortable and impeccably clean, the staff were excellent, very helpful, hospitable and kind. The breakfast was included and the setting was lovely, wide selection of tasty offerings, we especially enjoyed the Pho. We booked treatments at the on site spa and were very pleased with our fabulous massages, facials, and the on site Onsen. Highly recommend!"

"Overall, the stay was really great. The room was very clean. It had great AC, my only complaint was the vent was over the bed. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. A staff name Happy was very helpful. He was able to book us a reservation at a restaurant and help us with our other needs."

I also couldn’t recommend the spa as we had a very negative experience, quality of the actual service was less than we’d come to expect from the off the street services in the city and the spa staff were very rude throughout and were pushy for tip after. We are pretty sure they were called in and not on staff so I can’t say if your experience will be the same or not."
