"The room was clean and comfortable and not over priced, it had a mini-fridge and a single cup coffee maker. 10 minute drive to the airport. Perfect for what we required. Had to leave before the continental breakfast so I can't comment on that. Overall, good experience."

On booking it said that breakfast was included in the booking so we were expecting a free buffet breakfast but on arriving the staff informed that the breakfast is not included and that we’ll have to pay 16.99 per person. "The staff are extremely helpful. King room is large, clean, shower is clean and hot. Park in city hall for $2. It’s a 5 minute walk. Restaurant is expensive and not all that good. Rooms facing the Main Street are noisy because of the atrium on one side and street on other. The is no ping pong table or basketball hoop as some reviews suggest. Lobby is relaxing and a nice place to enjoy a coffee. Centrally located and easy walk to the main attractions and Rideau Mall."

"This is a beautiful inn with amazing character generating a sense of peacefulness. Food is top notch and service is amazing. This was my 3rd stay at the inn and I plan to go back again. Rooms are always clean and fresh! "

"The first room I was in had a bug in the bed so I asked to change rooms, there wasn’t an apology or a sense of urgency by the front desk to inspect the issue. I was however changed to a different room, unfortunately this was on the back of the building facing the construction. I also noticed that the room was not cleaned during the stay which meant no water or coffee restocked in the room during my stay"
