"The location is perfect. We had a second floor suite with a million dollar view. No elevator so plan for that if it’s important to you. It’s a small property directly on the Broadwalk. Suites are large enough for 4 people comfortably. Kitchenette has a portable 2-eye stove top, coffee pot, full size fridge, microwave and toaster with basic dishes, pots, tableware. "Parking costs $12/night. Only allowed one car per room. This was not mentioned in listing on website. Also, there was a $100 room deposit immediately charged to my credit card upon checking in that also was not mentioned on the website. I am awaiting a refund of this deposit from the hotel. Air conditioning is a window unit which was extremely noisy and kept us up all night. Fighting neighbors in the next room kept us from sleeping in the morning."

Our original flight had been canceled months after booking this hotel and I had forgotten to call to set up a late check in (No one is there past 8/9PM to check you in). The staff was so kind to make sure we could still get into the room after hours. Everything was aranged and we stopped at the office in the morning to take care of the rest and check out. "The bed was comfortable. However the place is old and was not exactly clean. There is no one on property for questions."

"This is a rundown motel from the 50’s that advertises itself as “the villas”. The towels had holes in them and we only got one bath towel for two of us (with holes). They allow smoking all over the place. Our next door neighbors smoked non stop. So did the property manager. The part of the boardwalk adjacent to the property has no decent bars or restaurants. For half a K for two nights, you can stay away from the ocean (which had a seaweed problem) and be in the real hotel"
