"We very much enjoyed our stay in Miami and a great deal of that was down to choosing the Smart Brickell Hotel as our base. We had a Residence one bedroom plus condo which had a magnificent view of Brickell and to the southeast (great for the 4th of July fireworks). Ideal for some self catering when necessary - There's a decent coffee shop by the lobby but no hotel restaurant, though we felt no loss as there is no lack of excellent eateries within walking distance of the hotel. "There was a small issue with our key card not working, but as soon as we told the front desk, they reset it right away and even walked us back to the room to make sure it worked. The service was top-notch. Everything else was perfect!!!! "
