"We stayed for 4 nights and loved this hotel. The gym/pool area was lovely, clean and well equipped. Buffet breakfast was great and we tried the special Japanese Bento box experience which was very impressive. View from the bar was incredible. Location very easy to explore. Rooms were large, well equipped and privacy screens were great for people sharing. Staff all so helpful, kind and professional."

"The moment you step on property, the staff is there to assistant and you feel transported. The property is absolutely beautifully maintained, calming, serene. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable with all the amenities you could ask for. This is one I return to whenever I can."

"The hotel property is a short 3 minute walk from the Akasaka Station. On the ground floor there's a 7-11 which was incredibly convenient. I had a single room. Mattress was comfortable. One pillow was provided. Small desk area with chair and a large folding mirror was perfect for make-up application or just enjoying a snack. The bathroom was clean and water pressure was strong. "Beautiful property! Just what we needed after 8 days traveling and our last night in Tokyo! Relaxing, extremely attentive staff. We asked for once and they brought it to our room in 2 minutes. I barely hung up the phone and it was at our door. The Japanese garden was lovely for a quiet stroll and the king bed was so comfortable. I highly recommend!"
