"I have traveled to many countries in the world and in the United States. The New Otani Garden Tower Hotel in Tokyo was by far my favorite. The gardens/grounds were beautiful and immaculate. The staff and hospitality were amazing and so clean and fresh with fresh cut flowers each day in The lobby. The hotel was at capacity, but guests never knew it or felt chaos. The staff were so efficient. "

Only thing that could have been an improvement, is if the spa steam/ sauna facilities would have been accessible for guests…they do have a small gym with shower, but the steam and sauna is part of a separate spa area that was an extra charge for day use."
