"A solutely the best place to stay in Redondo Beach !!"

"The hotel is clean and in a convenient location. Beds are super comfortable. My only issue is upon check in I had my service dog with me. I made it clear she is working and is always with me. I was charged a deposit and parking fee upon check in, obviously normal. After checking out and being home a few days I noticed an unusually large charge on my card statement from the hotel. When I called to inquire I was told I was charged a pet fee, that was a little over 80 dollars. I was never told this...

"I’ve been booking at this property for years and it had always brought good memories. Unfortunately this stay was uncomfortable! I don’t mean the amenities. Overall the stay was good:))"

"Clean room much quieter than I anticipated. Pictures on Expedia made it seem there was more view & closer to the beach. That was a bit disappointing but to be fair it said “close to beach”."

"Staff was excellant. Property clean, inside check in very nice. Did not use pool but very clean and nice. Included breakfast was good. But $27 for parking you car, not nice. Was upgraded was surprise but had 2 double beds, one dunk down in middle, the other was ok but slanted to left side. Tv did not work for the 3 nights there. One night turned it on and it worked then didn't. Do turned it off and it kept coming back on. But they did try to fix."

"In general the Redondo Inn and Suites was fine. The room was small but it most of the required features. The bed wasn't that great. I'd rate it a 3 because it was too soft. The mattress was of poor quality, apparently made with metallic springs. The shower spray was minimal, with barely enough water to take a shower. However the tv and other furnishings were fine."

"Very rude , called us at 3 in the Morning to tell us to turn off the tv , added a9$ fee to my card for what I have no idea, only thing good about this place is that it’s close to the beach . I actually could not believe it could not go back to sleep. Completely out of line. I’ve been going there along time but think it’s time to find a nice spot that actually offers coffee in the morning"

"It is a nice little motel. Just check your room for the things that are important to your visit because maids may ignore things for awhile."

"The room had many insects and spiders around the bed… had issues with room card many times…. And the main problem is the towels … whenever I ask for towels it is always out of stock and i had wait for hours and hours to get towels….. I won’t recommend this property"

"Check-in was easy, and the staff was knowledgeable in what they were doing. The room was very humid and sticky which you can expect by the beach if the window is wide open. The beds were extremely loud. Just turning sitting down getting up to use the restroom or anything made a loud sound that woke up our seven-year-old son in the bed next to us. There is like a metal under bed cover or frame perhaps? That is extremely squeaky and loud. It honestly sounded like somebody closing a dumpster lid....
