"Overall disappointing. Good location for our needs. Room, bathroom and communal areas were clean and bed comfortable. However the room stank of cigarettes, the TV reception was poor, so unable to watch many channels and there was no water overnight in our room. In the morning the shower was powerful enough, but the water was lukewarm at best."

"Too many notes telling you not to scratch things. It was nothing like as described on website. Spoon holding the window fastener, other windows held together with duck tape. . Felt damp in there so needed heat. Bedding wasn’t Egyptian cotton, bottom sheet was pea green. Tap just dribbled water out of wash basin. Lane and track down to property was terrible, full of holes. We didn’t stay for breakfast or to sleep there."
