"Clean room and everything was just right"

"Though not the newest or most modern, the accessibility, parking and beach proximity was unbeatable. Loved the security for access to the bldg and rooms. We didn’t use the pools or hot tub but folks were usually there. Convenient parking and space to load/unload. Down on 21st so a little walk to busiest street shops etc but quite convenient to good seafood, Italian, burgers, breakfast etc on 23rd We liked it so much we extended 1 extra day. "We did not get the room we reserved. We were supposed to have ocean view but we didn't. This actually worked out for the best. They gave us a bigger room that we were supposed to have. One of the ac units were not working but when I informed the front desk they had a new unit in the room and running within 30 minutes. I would recommend this to anyone for the customer service alone."

"The room was not oceanfront, we could see the ocean but we were not facing the ocean like the listing showed. We found a child’s sock in our washing machine from the previous tenants. The door is such a pain to open, which usually wouldn’t bother me, but this door got so stuck it was just annoying. There was very loud construction on the lazy river, which we weren’t aware of until 24 hours before our stay.
