"Clean, friendly staff, easy access location"

"Diddn't use parking or spa but hotel was very convenient for the city centre. Dining room a bit cold. Excellent choice at breakfast and evening meals tasty."

"First and foremost the property was clean, functional and offered value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful, although our experience of room service was let down by dirty cups being left. This is not a criticism of the hotel, it is my view. Based on reviews I expected a little more than we got....

"Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was okay - the full English I felt was a bit small for what I paid but other hot options looked pretty good - would consider that next time and the continental breakfast was good. Staff were lovely."

"Lovely place to stay, clean room although the carpets could do with a revamp. Staff were very helpful even though we arrived very late in the evening. Breakfast was excellent, very nice poached eggs."
