"What a great stay! My family (wife and I plus two teenage girls) stayed in two rooms at Alza and LOVED IT. The rooms are spacious, with incredibly comfy beds and the softest sheets. We had breakfast all days and loved both the Japanese and American versions. We stayed in 201 which had a balcony overlooking the street. "I did not try the breakfast and never ate in the hotel . The staff was amazing. They made all my dinner reservations and their recommendation were outstanding. The location is perfect for everything. The hotel was great. The first rose was so tiny I had to move .they got me a much nicer room and charged me 7000 yen more per night but worth it. The second room was great. I would stay again in a heartbeat. I was in 4 hotels on this trip and Okura was by far the best "
