"We really enjoyed our stay at the Outrigger in Kona. We stayed in an Ocean View Room for four nights. The lanai was large with a table. The rooms were clean and spacious. We loved the pool with the Ocean View and the slide. The store/coffee shop onsite was helpful. We ate at the restaurant for our anniversary dinner. The food was a little on the expensive side but was delicious. We would definitely stay here again."

"We arrived early and there was no option for early check in. The keyless entry was frustrating and very inconvenient. They provide a 9 digit code you must use to get on an elevator, open doors on the property and enter your room. That’s very inconvenient when traveling with kids and no one can remember the code. Or that the sink pop up didnt work, or what looks like mold developing on the shower liner. But you get what you pay for, so it is what it is. "Mostly very clean, except sliding glass doors. Would have cleaned myself but no cleaning materials on site. Wanted to love this place. We have stayed in other units but were delighted to find a first floor unit. The good: well equipped, comfortable, plenty of towels, and beach stuff. Nice patio area.
