The staff were so kind and friendly! Picked us up and dropped us to the airport. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Each room is unique in its own way. It is a family run business and they are so kind. Thank you again!!

Amazing hotel! The view alone would be worth choosing this location, but the level of care from the owners and staff really makes the place special. It’s a short ride from the national park gates and very cheap in a taxi so well worth it over staying in town which is busy and noisy so not relaxing after a busy day in Zhangjiajie park.

A very relaxing stay! The hotel is conveniently located in the town of Wulingyuan. On arrival, we were greeted by John. John is friendliest person we've met on this trip. He is such a happy guy and a credit to the hotel. The rooms were huge and extremely modern. We were a family of 3 and we had so much space. There is a small pool at the rear of the property, which is really nice to chill in after a long day in the mountains. There's an Indian Restaurant on the ground floor which very nice, and...

Overall a brilliant experience. The helpfulness of the staff made it all extra special. All staff were exemplary in their attitude and friendliness. We cannot thank Kenneth enough for all his help and advice.

Property was new and well maintained. Laundry facilities were excellent. Only criticism is that it was difficult to find the address on Didi as the name and address on Expedia are different to those on Didi (the local taxi service).

Very clean hotel with big rooms, shuttle service to and from airport and some attractions. Annie was great and was available via WhatsApp if whatever we needed! Great experience

The owner have an excellent service to customer felt like family. They are very accommodating helpful in anyway. I really enjoy my stay from the start to the last day of my stay. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay here, it is a great location and all the staff are outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble, especially Chelsea who went above and beyond to help us with tickets and itinerary which made our stay even better. The on site restaurant served a fantastic selection of meals. We would recommend this place to stay wholeheartedly if you are visiting the national park.
