"Le 8 novembre 2025, comme prévu, j'ai présenté ma réservation Ebookers au responsable de l'hôtel. Il m'a ensuite annoncé qu'il n'y avait plus de chambre disponible. Je me suis donc vu contraint de chercher une autre solution : me loger dans un autre hôtel, à mes frais. De plus, je n'ai pas obtenu le remboursement des six jours que j'avais réservés."

"The unit is lovely—comfortable bed, deep tub, rain shower, smart tv, kitchenette, balcony. I stayed here for a good while (2.5 weeks) and I had a cold for about a week of that so I spent a lot of time in the room. It was very pleasant. The housekeeping is pretty inconsistent. Sometimes they’d take the bathroom garbage out but leave the kitchen garbage. Sometimes they’ll change towels regularly but other times, they would go like a week without doing that. But honestly it wasn’t a big deal....

"My partner and I stayed 5 nights and we found the apartment to be perfect for a trip to Hanoi. The location is perfect, easily walkable to both train street and the rest of Hanoi centre. The apartment is also sound protected by the walls of multiple governmental buildings so it is quiet at night and not affected by traffic in the mornings.
