"Overall, we stayed only 1 night when we were supposed to stay longer. We felt unsafe in the area. There are amenities but limited as well. Room is small for 2 people. "
"This was a lovely property, the staff and service were excellent, the room was very comfortable! I would definitely come back and I would definitely recommend! "
"Absolutely amazing and totally recommended. The house is clean, traditional in one way so we can really experience traditional living in Korean’s house but also modern bath room. The kitchen is complete and the host provided food / breakfast which is very helpful. It is so close to palace so we can enjoy all traditional things around here. So happy to stay in this beautiful hanok."
"We had a good stay. The free parking was a nice perk for the price. The room we were assigned initially had a leaky air conditioner but they promptly helped us move rooms. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathtub was clean and unexpectedly large. Compared to other hotels at the price point in Seoul the room was clean."
"If you are searching for a quaint home in a local neighborhood this is the place! I
There is a wonderful view of Seoul from atop and a nice area to take food and drink while you enjoy the view. "

"I was very impressed with the property and the hotel as a whole! Our flight got delayed and we missed a day and the hotel was kind enough to hold onto our reservation even though it was clearly a popular time for tourists. They also checked us in extremely late and treated us with kindness all the way through. The staff was always courteous, kind, and helpful in making us feel comfortable during our stay and also helped me with a broken dryer that I was trying to use, and never once acted like it was something that was annoying or too difficult. To top it all off, this hotel was right in the heart of Seoul and was perfect to go literally anywhere there! We checked off just about everything we were looking to do in the time we were there and it was in large part due to the centrality of the hotel's location. I can't recommend this place enough and I know that if we ever come back to Seoul, we will certainly look to stay here first!"
"I love New Seoul Hotel. Very convenient because it’s close to some of the major tourist attractions and there’s so much dining options around the area too. Staff are friendly and helpful."
