"The location to the plaza is great. We loved being able to walk to the plaza from the hotel every day such a short distance. The nightly free food and drink was a plus. For families with children it’s great for a limited budget. We love the fact that it’s a pet friendly hotel."

"INCREDIBLE! There was actually another place we were wanting to stay in Santa Fe but it wasn’t available and we came here instead and I’m so glad we did! It was PERFECT for a family with small kids. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. The location is really great, drivable to everything you would want to do in Santa Fe. If we ever stop back through this time this is where we will be staying again!"

"There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property or the staff. The only thing I was missing was a fan noise and being able to make the room colder than 65°. Other than that everything was perfect! So quiet and clean, easy coffee maker. Feels special to stay there!"

"Absolutely a GREAT location for being right in the middle of ALL of the action in downtown Santa Fe. The entire property has such fun history and the rooms are so uniquely decorated and very confortable. Having said that, good luck with your rotation of staff. I am always kind to Front Desk Clerks because they have a rough job. This young man gave me no welcome, but just asked for my name and sniffed at the fact that it was a “third-party reservation“. "This was exactly what we needed as a base of operations for our family of 4 with 2 elementary age kids. Super convenient to downtown, everything was very clean, and a pool for some down time between activities. We would stay again."

"The room was nice and clean and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating to meet our needs especially since our arrival was delayed by an accident that detained us for over an hour and a half. The breakfast was okay for a continental breakfast but it would have been nice to have warm dishes like most facilities have these days. "The ambiance of the hotel was charming--felt intimate and friendly and had all the amenities. Hotel is just off the plaza so easy to walk to shops and restaurants. We treated ourselves to a king bed room with a fireplace in the separate living room. Upon request a staff member came and started a fire, which was lovely on cool evenings. There is a small bar attached to the hotel with a pizza maker serving up delicious fresh pizza. The rooms were spacious and clean, though bathroom a bit dated."
