"Very clean, quiet, all staff were very helpful, nearest station is walkable (Shin-Okachimachi), front desk has free drinking water. Luggage storage is available for free which came in handy coz our flight was in the evening and it gave us an opportunity to roam around without our luggage. I would book again!"

No front desk staff you need to communicate remote with staff, in case of problem. In general, it is good and have nice living experience in here although the station is a bit of far away from city. "Love the stay and the amenities worth it! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The area was easy to navigate and everything was within walking distance. The shower and personal sauna option is a must try. The space was family friendly wirh personal washer and dryer. The videos and website is very user friendly. "What we loved was that it's VERY hard to find accommodations in Tokyo that cater to a Canadian family of four. This property, as a suite, gave us two rooms with two beds in each room. My wife and I were able to push our singles together to make a double and sleep together as we normally do. Our two kids loved that they had a single each and moved them apart (lol siblings) so they weren't in each others space and faces. "This was a great choice for our family. The area was quiet but still very accessable to the Metro and jr line. We enjoyed the breakfast, it is small but sufficient and a good start to a day of sight seeing. The kitchen area has everything we needed and the bathroom and shower we're very nice. We had the bunk bed set up and our son loved having his own 'fort bed '. Would definitely stay here again"
