"Stayed for 3 nights September 25’. Everything except the heat and humidity were fantastic. The staff is wonderful. Our room was spotless. Everything you need is either within walking distance or a train or bus stop is within 6-8 minute walk. Beautiful place. We would highly recommend. "

Added fun with the rent out of a chess board and massage device 😊. Enjoyed the barley tea for tea time !!! Recommend for families who want space and have teens . Added bonus of laundry on site . Thanks for some great memories !! Also the matcha cookies was a great incentive to an avoid unnecessary housekeeping 😉😊 delicious !!!!"

"Beautiful accommodation with all the extras. In a great location, walking distance to the market & lots of places to eat. We would definitely stay here again. The only drawback was the dryer took along time to dry, but the hotel provided a clothes horse which was handy. "

"We arrived an hour before check-in with hopes to drop our luggage. Instead, we were told that our room was ready, if we wanted to freshen up before exploring the area. Asked for dinner recommendations and were given a map of the local restaurants to choose from. It rained a bit so they loaned us umbrellas. The onsen were marvelous. Laundry facilities on site. A complimentary shuttle bus to the city's must-see sites. Close to the train station. What more can I say?!"

"Stayed here about a week with my brother and I must say this was a fantastic choice. Located less than 5 minutes away from the Gojo train station, it is right next to alot of amenities so you can walk or commute to wherever you need to get. It's also one stop away from Kyoto station, so long distance travel is alot easier. Being an aparthotel it's larger than that standard Japanese hotel which was great. "Service is over the top. Daisuke, the guest services manager runs the hotel with precision and never fails to take care of his guests. The rooms are beautiful and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Dyson hairdryers are just the beginning. A beautiful spread of hors d’ oeuves are serves every afternoon in the lounge. We are grateful to have found this hotel and will definitely be back."
