"Brand new hotel with amazing staff who actually seem happy to help. The rooms are clean, smart, look nice and come equipped with everything. Great location as we were going to the O2 for a concert. Amazing restaurants all around. And it felt safe and quiet. If you’re staying in Canary Wharf, it’s definitely worth booking here!"

"Very noise. We arrived to room 102. Clean and comfortable. We required a nap due to a very early start but the corridors were very noisey. Lots of shouting and banging. Our extractor fan was not working but it was late at night before we realised. We were woken at 6am by was seemed to be the floor below us kitchen/reception with the banging of cupboards and doors. This was followed by a continuous sound of running water. Possibly a laudry/ kitchen was my first thought. This continued for 2hrs...

"The room was lovely & spacious. Staff was cheerful, helpful, kind and overall v lovely. Breakfast was great too, a wide variety of food! Used the gym as well, v well equipped and clean. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for the hospitality!"

"First of all, the accommodation I had booked for 7 people turned out to have only 6 double beds. When I inquired at reception, they told us that the staff had probably placed the 7 beds incorrectly; they had likely forgotten. So we had to find another sleeping place for the other person. With 6 people, everyone needs their own bed, not all sleeping next to each other. It was not very helpful, and we struggled with it quite a bit."

We were met by a lady who didn’t speak English and who had dirty track bottoms on. As we walked in the entrance was filled with a tumble dryer on and stacks of cupboards precariously stacked on each floor. "Never even got to stay here after booking months and months ago for marathon weekend. The property originally confirmed the booking then went silent. We never got sent any check in details and they didn’t reply to our message on the app the day before check in asking for these. After worrying we’d turn up with nowhere to stay we contacted Hotels.com who contacted the property who then confirmed ‘they couldn’t find our booking’ and were now fully booked. "Told me I could check in early then made me wait 3 hours. Rooms had no towels or toiletries when I arrived. There was also a “mistake” and the lifts were frozen at 11pm at night. Had to walk 20 flights of stairs or wait (again). Not ideal when it’s late and all I want is to sleep. Also the showers were stone cold for a day or 2. Rooms were clean. Staff were nice. But probably wouldn’t book again. "
