"I was very pleased with this hotel, the staff, cleanliness and location. The hotel was a few minutes walk from Paddington Station and other underground lines. The hotel receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean when I arrived. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was perfect and the water seemed to heat up quickly and stay hot. The room and bathroom were small but it had everything I needed for a 2-night stay and served its purpose for a solo traveler....

"Great location 5 minutes from Pimlico tube station on the Victoria Line. Victoria 15 minutes walk away as is Buckingham Palace. Hotel is functional but room very small and the en suite was not fit for purpose with toilet 10mm from wall so difficult if you are 6 foot. As we were on ground floor quite noisy with people walking through reception and walls were quite thin. Room was clean and the staff in reception friendly. The room rate was chunky in relation to the size. "

"Nice little place tucked away from the main Holborn roads perhaps tricky to locate as it’s situated in a highly residential alcove. Property obviously updated to accommodate travellers. Not suitable for families but good for couples and solo travellers. One thing to be aware of which the hotel also need to clearly announce you have to pay a £100 card deposit then call back 24 hours later to get a refund the link they send is not active if you book via Expedia.
