"I had a very sweet room with a lovely outdoor veranda, but it didn’t feel very secure. The staff were helpful and charming but there was a snafu with my transfer from the airport. I didn’t appreciate being told to “take a little walk to reception” to cancel my brunch reservation when I was jet-lagged and still in bed. The rum punch was delicious. "

Very nice beach and good beach service for both chairs and drinks. We had a comfortable beachfront room with a great view as we were upgraded by Expedia VIP. Good beach bar and fantastic sunsets. "

"Overall fabulous stay! Staff are so attentive and courteous, adults only rooftop is fab, the infinity pool downstairs is perfect for a morning swim - rooms are spacious and all rooms have a sea view. Breakfast was outstanding with the selection on offer - cannot wait to stay again "

"This property is in a good location, close to many beaches and amenities. I have been here several times, but I find the upkeep has gone down. All of our in-unit appliances were extremely old and the fridge leaked the entire time (it was replaced on the day we checked out). The power and wifi went out a few times during our 10 days. The furniture is very dated and could use replacement asap. The bathroom has a lot of signs of wear too. The cleaning staff were amazing but I miss the old hotel...

"The rooms and facilities were pretty tired and poor and need a lot of upgrading. The front desk staff was very friendly, but others in the restaurant were not. The beach is quite narrow and small. There arent enough lounge chairs and umbrellas. "

"We booked last minute due to a flight cancellation, the owner and onsite property manager were lovely to deal with and accomodated us. We were given clean sheets and 2 towels and the bed was made. It was comfortable, the pullout divan was stained and not comfortable, those things typically are not. The place had not been cleaned and there was no handsoap and little toilet paper. The outside area was very nice, the inside area is like a very rustic old north american cottage. Very old gas...

"The cleanliness and work by staff was outstanding. The Pool and premises were very beautiful. The nearness to the beach and good shopping is excellent. The things to be improved are the Internet. It was working well for two weeks and after the hotel was under new ownership it cut in and out. The Fridge leaked water. A promise to repair was not carried out in 3 weeks. The room safe was broken. The promise of replacement was not carried out. When using the phone to contact reception the 100 number...
