"1- You will have to pay for every single game at Game Room 2- THE POOL WAS TERRIBLY DIRTY 3- If you need bed sheets you will have to visit Front Desk at least 3 times"

"Let’s start off with the staff, when I first checked in they were super rude. No information was given to me. No WiFi not breakfast times. My restroom had not been reset. The next morning when breakfast came… there was an only a sad muffin. The staffs response was its better than nothing. There was no breakfast, don’t fall for that.It’s just not worth it. Stay somewhere else."

"After 30+ years of staying on the island, this is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. At check-in, we were told the property was nonsmoking. We got our keys and walked around the corner only to be hit in the face with a smell that would be comparable to being at a Willie Nelson concert. The hallway carpet is extremely nasty and the elevator closest to the front desk smelled as though someone had been living in it for months without bathing. We found a second elevator that we used after...

"We arrived at the location and the guy in the front said the system what down and it wouldn’t be up for hours or until 7am. we couldn’t get a refund because no one responded to our message we sent. I had to spend more money for a different hotel."

"I made reservations back in January 2026. The pictures, room, and balcony view was not that we requested / shown. Will not request thru Expedia again. I told the front desk about our blocked gulf view and she acted like old well. Our vacation stay was a very let down."

"The cleaning staff failed to restock room prior to my arrival, therefore; I had to go to the front desk twice to get the items missing from the room ( no toilet paper in room at all and only 1 towel and 1 wash cloth) . Makes you question if the room had been properly cleaned. Indoor pool was freezing cold . Parking inconvenient. Only allowed to park in back, can not park in front of hotel or will be towed the front desk stated. Front door is located in front."

"No coffee pot in room. No breakfast. People above us on 3rd floor made a lot of noise!! Will not stay again! Beds were double not queen."

"The room wasn't cleaned. Didn't sweep or wipe down any of the table tops. The bedding wasn't washed from the previous people and still had crumbs in the bed. Top top it off they had roaches"

"I liked the location. Walmart is right across the street. It was lightly raining and I needed to go to a cemetery, do went to Walmart to buy a rain poncho and it was right there. The breakfast and coffee were excellent. I would stay there again."

"Cracks and damage all over along with dirty stained sheets and greasy floors. Don’t get me started on the rude staff. Didn’t even have a hair dryer. The bathroom was decently clean at least. No bed bugs or roaches. I wouldn’t waste my money to stay here though. Terrible location hotel is facing the opposite way of the beach so even if you wanted to walk it’s confusing on which way to go."
